Ella Robertson McKay is the Managing Director of One Young World, an international NGO which serves as a global community for young leaders. One Young World has a track record of identifying and supporting young human rights defenders around the world; supporting marginalised communities, and funding the work of young leaders on the front lines of global crises. Ella is the co-author of How To Make A Difference – the authoritative handbook to activism. She regularly writes for publications such as Fortune, The Times and Marie Claire and was named by the Telegraph and Management Today as one of the UK’s top “35 women under 35”.
